This is my card for CC891. Jeanne is our hostess and she chose rococo rose, pretty peacock and so saffron for her color trio. Dessert option this week is just jade.
For my card I used a new Australian Animal die from CottageCutz- this one is the Koala. I cut the Koala in a gray cardstock. The tree limb was cut in white and then colored with Stampin' Blends of just jade and pretty peacock and Copic Markers light walnut and walnut.
My background paper is from the Stampin' Up "oh so ombre" collection. I framed that with a rococo rose stitched rectangle die.
My card base is early espresso. I love the rich shade of brown but sometimes this looks black in the photo.
That's my card for this week. Hope you can play along with these great colors. So many possibilities.

Awwww! This is adorable. Love this sweet koala with the rose by her ear. The ombre paper is perfect for this scene. Wonderful inspiration for the challenge colors. Fabulous card, Mary!

Oh, so adorable! This card reminds me of a visit to the San Diego zoo so many years ago, where we got to see koalas in person. They are so precious, as is this cutie on her eucalyptus branch. I love the background ombré paper and the dark brown frame. Cute pun, too! Thanks for being such a great friend!
