I cannot remember the name of the BG technique but maybe you do. One large sheet of watercolor paper was colored, splattered and foiled with some dried Tombow glue streaks, right down the middle of the paper only, then cut into 4-6 card sizes. Loved the easy technique, which automatically leaves white areas to design with. This design idea has been laying around on my studio for months, and was finally created today with the confetti theme. The dance floor was stamped, not drawn, but was inspired by Monday's Floor challenge. I stamped the bottom of the cat on a sticker, stamped the checkered floor and then cut around the paws before adhering to the card front. Colored the kitty with WC markers and Wink of Stella.

Jean called it something like one sheet wonder with marbling when she featured it as a TLC. This is so fun and celebratory. The foiling is great for a confetti effect.
