I used texture paste and sprinkled blue, green and yellow Brusho powders over it while still et. Stamped the sentiment, cut with Lacy Circles, dry embossed with a stitched circle and popped up on foam. I may add some white on white die-cut corner elements, but I'm not sure.

omg, i LOVE this! i thought at first those were tiny confettis glue on individually. but I REALLY LOVE HOW YOU DID THIS and the outcome is fantastic!
