The original directions were to stamp a sentiment and emboss with clear powder, then closely stamp a series of small images covering the embossing, spreading them out moving outward from the stamped sentiment, then wipe the ink off the embossing so that the surrounding stamping sets it off.
I tried that approach but it didn't show up well, so after stamping images from Stampin Up's Little Pieces and one stamp from Sweet Spot in yellow, green, and grey, I stamped the sentiment in clear ink and embossed with sea foam embossing powder, on white cardstock and layered it onto apple green cardstock, then attached to the main piece with foam tape. I made a card from grey cardstock and layered on green, then attached the white piece to finish the card.
USEIT2022- All three Stampin Up sets are recent acquisitions of older retired sets from Ebay, so I'm glad I got to try them out! The green embossing powder is probably of legal drinking age or close to it, so it was nice to use it.

Colleen, this is such a great case of Cindy's card. I love the pretty patterned background you created with the different circle stamps. This is a perfect for a masculine card.

That is a fun design made more so by the cute stamps you used on your card. And, you chose some happy colors to send birthday greetings. Wonderful card.
