This was one of those cards that seemed flat and fit for the bin from the start. I had made a Wrinkle free distress than turned muddy blue in the center and when I stamped the boy directly onto it -still .blah. So I decided to stamp him again on white paper and color with Watercolor pencils, fussy cut and pop him up on dimensionals. A little better but still .blah. I decided to try a gelato in white to pull him out more from the BG but it turned out to be a pale pink iridescent gelato. I kept going with it. From there I went with a Vintage birthday theme and added some vintage flower ephemera since it will be for a lady friend. I hope she will like my little - comedy of errors.-
This fits two challenges.

Indeed, glad you stuck with it! Love the birthday theme and bright colored wings. I think coloring in with some brights and popping him up was the ticket!
