This card was made as part of Christine Bertram's March 22, 2022 "Mystery Card Making Night" at https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=228311699481987 Christine gave us nine clues to follow along with her using our own choice of papers and embellishments to create a unique card. She sent us the first clue a week ahead of time so we could select and prep all our pieces we'd be using live while she was with us online. Here's the list she sent us:
Clue #1 - Have the following prepared or ready -
White/Vanilla Cardstock (W/V) (3 pcs): 3-¾âe x 5âe // 3-¾âe x 5âe // 2-¼ x 1-¾âe
Coordinating Cardstock 1 (1 pc): 11âe x 4-¼âe , scored at 5 ½âe on the 11âe side
Coordinating Cardstock 2 (2 pcs): 3-¼âe x 4-¾âe // 4âe x 5-¼âe
Coordinating Patterned Paper 1 (1 pc): [prominent design] 3âe w x 4-½âe t
Coordinating Patterned Paper 2 (2 pcs): [accent design] 2âe w x 5-½âe t // ½âe w x 5âe t
Ribbon or Linen Thread, Coordinating Inks and Markers/Colored Pencils for sentiments and images, Embellishments, Scissors, Adhesive of choice.
We didn't know how we would use these pieces until the evening of March 22nd when we followed along with her. Here's is the link to her video if you'd like to try your own hand... of course it's not much of a mystery since you've seen my version, but it's still really fun to add your own touch to it. Everyone who participated posted their creations on her FB online mystery challenge, so maybe you would like to, also!
