This color combo was a bit of a challenge for me. I decided to go with a more dramatic look and us black instead of white for the matting and card base. Peonies are one of my favorite summer flowers. I love all the layers of petals. I used them for the summer dessert option. Summer always makes me think of flowers.

Summer makes me think of flowers, too! Great minds! I love the dramatic effect you achieved with this week's colors set off by the black matting. The yellow centers of the little flowers are a beautiful finishing touch!

Oooh.........I love this beautiful outline peony in black against your gorgeous sponged bg. The color combo is fabulous as well as the bg EF. Those yellow acrylic dots really pop and the black matting is perfect. Gorgeous creation!
