I decided to go bright on my colors and then stark (black and white) on the sentiment. I uses a scrap of the background to punch out a couple of hearts and that is all there is to this one. Bold and Bright - What do you think?

Fun technique, and using the B/W is startling!! Love it!

Bright, cheerful, happy.
So glad you featured this - I'd like to try again when I have more time but was happy to just mess around a bit. Good for our colour theory, too . The contrast with the big bold sentiment on white and the bright background is just great.

MARVELOUS retiform results...best I've seen, even the tutorial! Love how this background makes your crisp white BG sentiment pop off the card! Love the heart adds!
