I cut up a Tyvek envelope I had received, coated a piece with gesso, and when dry spritzed with water and sprinkled Brushos over it - a yellow, a blue and violet. I tilted a bit so the colours would run, dabbed with a paper towel and added some copper Pixie Powder. When dry I stitched with heavy green thread - remembering to change my nylon bobbin as I was going to heat it! Blasted it with the heatgun till it shrunk and bubbled.
Stuck it to the card base and thought...the black flower diecut on my desk was lost on it.
Cut a feather from white Sizzix Texture Roll, edged with a couple of inkpads, added gold dots with a pen and then went over it all with an SN clear glitter pen. Added two more feathers cut from Rose Gold texture roll, and finished it off with a sentiment from Art Journey and some silver Dew Drops.

Sabrina, dear, I was right along with you as I was reading your process description. I imagined us side by side, creating together, enjoying the ride of experimentation and design. If you're ever in Oregon.......

I'm mesmerized by that bg....it's so beautiful! I loved reading your process....especially the stitching and the bubbling up bits. The gold and cream colored feathers were the right choice to adorn your brusho-ed Tyvek...I also really like the bg colors you used. Thanks for playing along!
