For Free 4 All challenge for Mother's Day and Father's Day cards. Instead of one of each, I made two Father's Day cards - this is two of two.
I cut blue card stock with wonky stitched rectangle, then stenciled on top of that.
Bear stamp does not have dies and I knew the rod would be hard to fussy cut, so I stamped directly on rounded square panel. Colored with alcohol markers.
Added die cut fish from another stamp set to hang from the rod, using blue color to match stenciled fish in the background.
