Historically not something I have had much success with. So I tried Yupo, knowing that the lack of absorbency would lend itself to drips. I used some JRR Herbin inks and a pipette to drop them along the top edge. As the blue still hadn't dried when I started the yellow, they blended towards the bottom, so I decided to use it the other way up, and pressed it into my work surface where they had puddled to add to the solid green line along the top.
It was pretty bold, so I toned it down very slightly with some light vellum paper embossed with a TE raindrops ef. Stamped both outline flowers (coloured lightly with a pink Gelato), clusters of solid ones and the sentiment, and then added the vellum, tearing the edge above the sentiment.
I've got my MIXed mediums in with the inks and gelato, but the little umbrella (Lawn Fawn) was cut from gold and silver and a leftover scrap of Serendipity Squares background, so there are a couple more mediums included there for sure.
It was an umbrella day here when I went down to the greengrocer.

I love how the vellum really makes this card feel like spring rain, I'm so glad you tried that challenge and LOVE the creative process of the green mix becoming the top ( I felt the same way with my piece, but for different reasons!!!).
