This week we are sending some paper hugs and support to Michele, who recently lost her Mother. Michele loves pastels, gardening and kitties and I love this kitty by ADFD.
For this card, I printed and masked the kitten, stenciled the roses, went back around and randomly stamped blossoms in blue, lavender and yellow and die cut the scallops. Added stickles to the wings of the kitten. Printed a second image and cut the body of the kitten only. Added bits of shading and color; glued over the first image and added the sentiment. Glued to a pink card base.
I wanted this sweet kitty to be sitting in a garden of pastel blooms. I think my colors are a bit darker than pastel, but they are still fairly soft. I hope that Michele feels supported this week and finds a bit of magic in the cards she will be receiving that will brightened her day a bit. I hope you find some magic in your life this week as well. TFL

Wow, you certainly created a beautiful, magical garden for that sweet fairy kitten! I just know Michele will be enchanted! I love the garden you created with your stamping of the various blossoms in those spring colors!! Just lovely!

WOW I'm so impressed with your floral bg. I thought it was some lovely dp. It's gorgeous and the scalloped edged die gives this a real feminine look. Darling kittie....she's sure to love this.

So, so cute. Michele will love this...all her favorite things - kitties, flowers and beautiful, soft colors. Her mom loved fairies so it's a bonus that the kitty has fairy wings.

Oh my gosh, I thought that was dp, but you did the stencilling! It looks amazing. Love the little wings on your sweet kitty! And so fun to see you use the scallop die! Fabulous sentiment too!

Aw -adorable! I still have that kitty from when you sent it to me. Now we have a decent printer I might actually use it. Fantastic stencilled floral background.

Debbie, your paper stenciling and stamping are phenomenal! Looks like DP. Outstanding! The kitten is so darn cute and the added wings, are brilliant. You're fussy-cutting, excellent...
