and The Mixability challenge Create your own Patterned paper (I stenciled my background)
I cut off the outside leaves of the Heart Leaf Posy Pocket die (The Greetery) sponged them with two greens and layered them over each other with foam dots to create my shamrock. I die cut some of the flowers from Botanicuts: Forget Me Nots (also from the Greetery) out of water color paper inked with Marigold and Honey. I added white Nuvo drops on the centers.
I stenciled the background with a Coral stencil from Lavinia using Crushed Olive Distress Ink. I stamped the sentiment from Waltzingmouse (retired) and added 3 enamel dots.
I splattered the card using a Green POSCA Pen tapping the end of it near the tip with a heavy plastic ruler.

Wow, this is outstanding! This shamrock you created has so much dimension and I love the tiny blossoms you added. Such a pretty stenciled background, too.
