I was sure I had some little tickets Karen sent me, but I couldn't find them anywhere, and I did have these train tickets. I gave them one coat of gesso.
Unity Warmth of winter, stamped on old train ticket from Paris to Vernon. Coloured with Gelatos. Amy Tan die. Ticket edged with silver acrylic, silver and gold Liquid Pearls. Sentiment from Verve Words of Wisdom. Accidentally smudged it, so layered second ticket over with a torn edge sponged with Vintage Photo. Marbled paper on a DL base

I love the saying...perfect for your longing to visit France. Love the use of a real train ticket....the added stamping and coloring just bring your trip to life.

I thought I was going to be seeing the end as "ride". I love your train and trestle, and the ticket is fabulous. What a wonderful card, mf!

What a fabulous use of a train ticket. The die cut of the train going over the bridge is wonderful (and you had me confused with the Amy Tan mention. I was thinking of the writer of Joy Luck Club and had to google to confirm I hadn't misremembered her name. Turns out Amy Tan die cuts are short for Amy Tangerine...)

Sabrina I am blown away at this amazing card. That ticket is fantastic and I love the stamping the bridge and even the torn edge. This card blew me away. Thank you for this incredible sample.

Sabrina, you have created a fantastic card for this challenge. It feels like it's telling a story with that fabulous ticket and the train and bridge die cuts. I love the flower you've added. Everything about this adds up to a marvelous creation!

Terrific card with your train ticket, Sabrina. Like how the coat of gesso gives it a more subtle look....on which to put yopur collage design.....including the little passanger train.
