I watercolored my horse with an outline from Let's Make Art. https://www.letsmakeart.com/ That is a good place for learning watercolor with brushes or pencils. You can also buy kits there.
This will go to one of my nieces. She is into horses big time and breeds horses among other things. Her father just passed away and he also loved horses.
