Teapotter cards are going out to Joyce, Jean's (jkanack) aunt. Her fave colors are pink and lime. Which I wanted to do but the river rock matched my dp better. Joyce is a quilter but I don't have any quilt dies (yet), so I resorted to some wonky wavy stitches dies around the outside and I centered a stitched with whimsy die around the flower to get at least an idea of a quilted look. I will write on some lemon lime twist c.s. on the inside. Pat is our hostess and asked for girly cards. Flowers and pearls are girly, right?

Very girly -- the pink, the pearls and that gorgeous floral dp. I love how you used the wonky dies to highlight the dp and that single flower. Very creative. Beautiful card and I'm sure Joyce will adore this.

I really like the way you dry-embossed the stitching to frame one of the flowers, that is super-effective. Think about quilt dies - they look great, but take several passes to get the different colours, and then a lot of assembly work!

Shirl, how sweet and girly ... and the border and whimsy dies definitely give this a lovely quilted look! Really love your very feminine sentiment treatment against your gorgeous dsp!
