I was inspired by the purple layer and the paint splatters. My Grandson Lewis and I made the leaves the day before and I thought they worked with these stash papers I am trying to use up.
I am going on a scrapbook retreat next weekend, and we bring each other fun presents. I am bringing art journals for everyone plus I am making a scrapbook page using a picture from our last retreat. This is my Aunt Joan who is our fearless leader. She will be shocked since I rarely scrapbook anymore.
Thanks for the inspiration, Diane. Enjoy your week!

Well, your snappy scrapper looks very snappy on this very cool page you created. Love Lewis' leaves and they look great here. What wonderful gifts you are bringing to what sounds like a very fun time. Enjoy.
Nancy, this is such a lovely scrapbook page. I'm sure your aunt will love this page. What a nice thing that you are making Art Journals for all your friends in the class.

Oh I would so dearly love to go on a scrapping retreat! I scrap book in the winter after Christmas so that slows down my card making. Am taking a small break right now. Love your page! I struggle to include stamping on my pages, those leaves are wonderful elements. Have a great time!
