This is my attempt at last Wednesday's watercolor challenge for an easy watercolor blue bird. I started by sketching a bird following the video instructions and then watercolored it adding a branch and some flowers and leaves. Thank you for the challenge, I definitely wouldn't have tried it without this challenge.
To finish the card, I added Versamark to the edges and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder for a border. I added a sentiment and added the panel to a Pacific Point card base.
Thank you for the challenge and thanks for looking!

A wonderful card of caring with the bluebird sitting on the flowering branch. With your watercoloring, one senses the look of feathers on the bird's wing and head especially.

Catherine, your bird is adorable perched on the pretty flower branch. You did a great job sketching and watercoloring. Sketching is the hardest part for me. So happy you joined us.

I love the sparkle framing you gave this that air hole in the beak is very cool and realistic too. I love the colors you picked and how your blooms turned out too
