This is intended to be my husband's valentine card. Lately it seems that I am spinning in circles. He has had 4 eye surgeries in the last 6 months - all the same eye. Which means I've had to do a lot of driving and sitting in waiting rooms, or in some cases where covid protocol does not allow me to stay in the building, I've gone to my in-laws to wait. Needless to say, not much time has been spent stamping. I've taken portable crochet projects along to work on.

That pink embossed piece adds so much wonderful texture, beautiful embossing folder. Your split circles are a fun mix of papers. I hope your DH's eye is healing well now!

I keep wanting to learn more crochet than a simple square because I'm sure it would be easier to carry around than knitting, and definitely easier on a bus - but it's nearly two years now since I got the bus to work. I'm sorry about all your husband's surgeries and the extra driving it makes for you.
This is a great challenge combination. Love the green paisley-type paper in your circles, and the sentiment font is really lovely.

I like the papers used for your circle. The black matting is stunning! So sorry about your DH and all the extra workload put on you too. I'm crocheting a baby blanket at the moment. Hopefully, one day I will need it. I bought a couple boxes of yarn at a yard sale (2.00 per box) and the baby yarn was in the box.

Super card for hubby and I like how you filled so many challenges. Hope your husband is on the mend. It is really hard sitting in waiting rooms and I know all this is hard on your hubby.

Love that spiral effect! Your colours are brilliant and look so nice framed in black. Sorry to hear about your family health issues. Hope things are on the mend now.
