You would think that with Barbara's beautiful cool hues this week I could come up with a water themed card of some sort. But I could not.
Instead I got my dessert in by creating a watercolor background using what I call the splat technique - just keep splatting your paper on a mat with the colors on it until you get what you like!
From there I die cut the background to the flower. The rest is pretty much self-explanatory.
These are lovely colors and I'm looking forward to seeing a very cool gallery this week!
