This is an all SU card, which isn't typical for me. But it fits both of today's challenges pretty well.
Sabrina's TLC is split circles. I happened to have this card, ready to assemble, from an SU technique club I attend. Very fortuitous. How this was done is a little different from Sabrina's video but it is essentially the same. I had the little watercolor heart on my desk and decided then and there to make it a Valentine for my good friend, Diane. Originally, the night of navy circle on the left had nothing on it, but I really don't like a solid color layer without some good reason to have it there. Rather boring, I think. I know, not a typical Valentine but I like it. I think the heart and the Nuvo Drops really perk it up.
As far as the CAS challenge goes, my I.C.E. is:
I for ink
C for circles
E for embossing (white layer is embossed with the tasteful textile SU folder). I know there are layers but there is a lot of white so I thought it would work.

Beautifully done and indeed the pearlized Nuvo drops really dress it up. I like the departure from the standardized red valentines - and why shouldn't they be any color OUR hearts desire. The Navy, silver and subtly marbled white look fabulous together and I love the soft watercolor on that tiny heart.
