I was inspired by Picture 21 shared as part of this week's inspiration challenge. Stamping and embossing on the gold didn't look great so I switched my circle message for some fun stars and an added tag with the message. All the panels were initially stencilled with Prize Ribbon through a Happy Birthday stencil. After the cutting into sections I then used other oxides to sponge and stamp most sections. Gold stars were stamped and embossed on the top section and some smaller stars added with a gold pen. The photo doesn't show the detail well but it is a gloomy Sunday here.

Love all the wavy bits - bet all the gold just sparkles in the light. TFS
