I freely admit I didn't do the both sides. Well, I added the date to the back of the twinchies, but the last thing I needed was two twinchies floating around my desk along with the two ATCoins made for a MIX challenge and so far never used, so I wanted to get them straight onto a card.
I cut the squares from Yupo, added green and yellow inks, and then with the stencil in place, used a felt pad and alcohol to remove ink. For a second medium I added Stickles.
Trimmed a piece of kraft to slightly smaller than the card base, embossed with SU Tin Tiles, buffed with Inka gold and edged with Vintage Photo distress. Popped the twinchies up on foam over some curls of gold cord, and added the sentiment.

Lovely! This reminds me of fine Parisian décor, Sabrina (much like I imagine the fancy Turkish Bath to have been on the Titanic! )
Thank you for sharing!
