Lisa is our WTUI hostess today: WT882 ~ Bargello/Herringbone ~ 2/3/22 by Shoe Girl at Splitcoaststampers
Finally I got sense and cut my paper strips at a reasonable size for this, they are about ½" wide. After finishing the background, as usual I struggled to use it. In the end I added the flower field die-cut, popped up on foam, and edged it with Stickles. I wanted to add a little snail crawling across the bottom, but DH wouldn't let me. So I put him on the inside instead.

Well, we just can't listen to our husbands for design approval - mine always wants everything even and balanced (!) Lovely colors and patterns on your beautiful background and it looks great with the silhouette wildflowers!

Another beautiful card using this technique, Sabrina! I love the purple tones on the bargello bg and the black die cut flowers look great in the foreground!

Sabrina this is absolutely gorgeous. Great papers you selected and the die cut you added really pops against the technique. Now I want to do the technique again to add a black silhouette against it. Thank you for this fantastic sample this week.
