Made for a couple of challenges, one with the theme of balloons, the other things that fly (hence the choice of a hot air balloon rather than the party type).
The background was stencilled through a circular aperture, the round bit of the balloon is cut out and popped up over an image stamped on the card base so that the background peeks through the strings.
