Congrats to Ardyth on being the current Featured Stamper! I am in awe of her gallery with all the bright colors and interesting techniques. I decided to go outside of my comfort zone and focus on something bright, like so many of her beautiful cards, although the one I CASEd wasn't super bright -- Alcohol Ink Thanks by Ardyth at Splitcoaststampers
I kept the alcohol ink background technique, except made it cover the full page and changed the colors. Instead of the black die-cut word, I used black die-cut wildflowers. I omitted the layered panels and the rhinestones, changed the sentiment, and added heat embossing.
On a piece of alcohol ink paper, I dripped and swirled alcohol inks/alcohol pearl inks to mimic the colors of a sunset. (The very top of the panel is purple, but it didn't show up in the photo -- just looks like all blue.) Once dried, I spritzed it with alcohol and heat dried it quickly to preserve the splatters.
Adhere alcohol ink panel to the front of a white A2 card base. Die cut wildflower panel in black and adhere to card front. Stamp and emboss sentiment in white on black scrap; adhere to card front. TFL!

Your AI bg is BEAUTIFUL! The colors are so vibrant and just leap right of my screen. The black looks so rich and striking against that backdrop. Love the wildflowers die. Gorgeous card.
