And a fun one. Although I did have to start by making my own ombre paper, not something I'm very good at, sponging large areas. My brayered attempt was even worse.
I bought this TH die totally for the woodpecker, though I am sure I will get round to using the bear. I cut him from watercolour paper and used Twinkling H2Os to colour him.
The sentiment die is SU, the music stamp is Leane Creatief.
I managed to get my strips to fill the depth of the card with spacing pretty well, but I must have trimmed too much off the end, making for some very uneven matting. Rather than trim the base, I used gold border stickers along the two edges where more of the green base still showed.
Thanks, Beverly. This was certainly new to me!

The one disadvantage of changing our bird feeder to one the jackdaws can’t raid is that the woodpeckers can get in there either (everything else can) and I miss seeing them regularly. Your ombré strips turned out beautifully, this looks great Sabrina!

Oh I want that woodpecker too!!!!! He is a sweetie. I think your blending is brilliant. I'm looking outside at my winter white world, snowing right now, your sunshine card makes me smile.

Sabrina: What a cute card. I would buy that die too but I am not sure what T H stands for. Would like to try this technique as soon as I get some ombré papers. Love these TLC’s
