Although the strips of floral cake frosting in the photo were horizontal, I placed my floral strips vertically. I stamped white cardstock strips with various stamps and mounted the strips on a black panel. I adhered a sparkly ribbon around the panel. The die cut flower and leaf images as well as the sentiment panel were cut with the Pierced Blooms dies.

I always admire the way you combine stamp sets to make a background and this one is no exception. Everything coordinates beautifully and your pierced blooms fit perfectly around your sentiment label. The ribbon looks really pretty too, Rita!
