I had to use an ATC. I gessoed it first, then sponged Mermaid Lagoon on with the stencil and stamped a script stamp along one edge.
With a nod to playing cards, I cut clubs from the edge of a page of Citra-Solv background and used those instead of seaweed. I sponged rays of light with a TH stencil and mustard seed. The fish were cut from a DOX WFD background, and I added some silver Nuvo Drops bubbles.
The background layer is Wavy Lines stamped with a Brilliance pad, edged with a Sharpie and Stickles added.
ATC element is popped up on foam.
Citra-Solv, gesso, DOX, Stickles, Nuvo Drops, Posca pen, plenty of mediums...

Wonderful birthday fishes, Sabrina! I love your mom's antique playing cards. I bought sets of old playing cards from the thrift store, so I could use them for mm creativity.
