Loved the theme of this week's CAS but this card took a long time to perfect. Because I am not really artistic, it took a long time (days...) to create this running scene using different stamp sets and! I created several mock-ups before I settled on this scene. I stamped the runners and then masked them with liquid masking. Then stamped the upper part of the tree scene in green masking the bottom part. Then stamped the bottom part (the road) of the stamp in crumb cake, then moved the stamp down and masked and stamped the road part of the stamp two more times moving it each time to create a road. I stamped another tree masking the area to ground the skyline. Sponged the sky with marina mist. I stamped the entire lower part of the card with the grass stamp from the Do the Impossible set using river rock ink. I wanted something light and my ink pad is about dry, but it was just enough. Used the dried berry stamp from the same set to create more cover. Once the scene was done, I removed the masking fluid and colored the runners with alcohol markers and colored a few berries with an alcohol marker. Kept it CAS as this about did me in! Matted on craft CS. TFL

Oh, I can see why you were worn out after making this awesome card. A lot of stamping and masking but it was well worth it. The meadow you created looks awesome. Beautiful card and the runners are just perfect for the challenge.
