Jeanne has us making Valentines for dessert this week and since we did masculine Valentines last week I swung the pendulum the other way with lace and hearts. My first version was mostly white with hardly any of these rather classic Valentine colors of Poppy Parade, Polished Pink and Pear Pizzazz. So, I squeezed a little more in by adding Poppy and White Baker's Twine and then I layered the scallop layer onto a piece of Poppy Parade die cut with the same die. The color just barely shows through but I like the effect.
Thank you for taking a peek! I had a lot of fun making this one and I hope you will join us creating with these colors.
There's more chatter about this card here since I used it as part of a Valentine blog hop.

Fabulous and feminine! The touches of colors are perfect. Love how you layered the scallop panel to have a hint of red at the edges. I noticed it right away before I read your description; I like the effect, too. So pretty. Wonderful inspiration for the challenge colors.

I love the sweet, delicate look of this, Chris. I see the pink peeking out on the scallops and I love the look of the embossing folder you used. Keeping this mostly white with just a touch of pink, red and green makes a very elegant card. Beautiful!
