Mixed media components = inks (SU reinker & DOX ink), markers (Tombow), dimensionals (paper piecing -- wreath and bird), dish soap
My instinct was to go with Wood, but I decided to go outside my comfort zone and try making the background with bubbles. I watched a couple of videos and went with a dark reinker (SU Elegant Eggplant). [Mix water, dish soap, and reinker in a shallow dish; blow bubbles using a straw; use panel to scoop bubbles from over the bowl rim and allow to pop/dry on the panel; repeat until achieve desired pattern.]
My first 2 glossy panels had barely visible bubble outlines; I thought I'd used too much water, so I did it again with less water but it was only a little darker. I kept this one and splattered it with some watered-down Seedless Preserves DOX ink.
Adhere pale purple bubbles panel to front of white card. Die cut multiple twigs from dark purple cardstock. Arrange twigs in a wreath and adhere portions of each twig to card front, leaving some areas free/raised.
Die cut word out of yellow cardstock and adhere to card front. Die cut bird components out of yellow cardstock and color using Tombow markers; assemble bird and adhere to wreath. TFL!
