There actually are a few more layers than you can see on this card. The card base is dp spray glued to heavy cardstock...this is what I do when I can't find cardstock that I like for the card base. The image was printed twice. One layer was just stenciled with the cloud stencil for the bg, but the other image was used for coloring the turtle. After fussy cutting him I glued him to heavy black cardstock and fussy cut again to give him more dimension. The other layers are obvious.
For the MIX bubble challenge, I added bubbles with some different mediums. The bubbles in the water are given dimension with some having stickles added and some getting glossy accents. We used to have an aquarium and I loved how the bubbles stuck to the plants. To get this affect I put dots of liquid pearls on all the seaweed along the bottom of the card.

How gorgeous. I do love a beautiful turtle, they remind me of Greece where we did once get to see them swimming. It's such a great layout with the fun-fold and waves, and both the buttons and the starfish are amazing. The Liquid Pearl dots on the seaweed are a brilliant touch.

Amazing coloring as usual...Your accents are so cool..those buttons! WOW...and the liquid pearls, glossy accent bubbles, etc are so cleverly applied. I agree with Sabrina...the ones on the seaweed were inspired!
