I finally took time to play with watercolors this weekend and this is my result. I decided to use bright colors in rainbow order. Such fun, thank you, Kia, for the challenge.
After drying my panel on top of my wood stove (great heat tool for a quick dry!), I heat embossed the sentiment on this cute little tag, added silver cord and the tag. I matted the panel with black cs and added to the card front. It seemed like a natural for a bright and cheery birthday card.
