I've really used the colors given by Jeanne for the mixed media, I've started by water coloring with stabilo and acetate, applying the WC paper onto the acetate, then I've dry embossed the circle and the border part, rounded the corners with a punch, then I've rubbed over the watercoloring with metallic pastel crayons, then I've went over with water colors, once dry I've added the punched snowflakes and white poinsettia, I've added a die cut cotton pad for the pompom, and a brad to keep the poinsettia together, this is a double card, and the inside is covered with cream linen.

This is the cutest ever Anita!! I love everything about it, especially the pompom. I would like a real live version of this....it would go great with my down jacket!

What a pretty winter hat! I love the colors, the contrast of the white snowflakes and that beautiful poinsettia on the edge. As Polly said, I would love a real hat that looks just like this!
