I needed 2 sympathy cards; made two pretty much alike. Positioned stamp in the Misti, colored the rubber stamp with assorted Write Markers (3 red family, 3 green family, 3 brown family) then spritz lightly with water and close the Misti-door... done with the image. Then laid the stencil over the (dry) image and used a blending brush with a very light hand and very light grey ink to 'fill' some of the background. Then scribbled a Write Marker on a glass surface, sprayed with water, picked up color with a brush and spattered it over the card. Sentiment was stamped using the Misti. I love how the very subtle stencil made my card look more complete to my eye... this was my first time trying this with a stencil.
