 Have you got more cards in your stash than you will ever send out? I do, so I decided to try Art Journaling after watching Vicky Papaioannou on YouTube. I have only had to purchase a few things and even then, didn't really have to. I got spray bottles in the Craft section at Dollar tree, added reinkers and water an viola, spray inks.
