SCSCCJAN22 - for Fan Club members only - this Christmas card challenge always has a theme and this month the theme is to CASE a card by Stacy aka Twinshappy. We want to honour Stacy for hosting the challenge for 10 years.
CCC22JAN - this other Christmas card challenge on SCS is open to everyone, not just Fan Club members. It has an optional theme each month, but is also a place to post any Christmas cards you make in that month.
Because I need (and love) to make so many Christmas cards each month, I usually play along with both.
My card CASEs this card of Stacy's. I was inspired by the candy canes and greenery on Stacy's card so pulled out a very old Stampendous stamp I've had for years.
It's stamped and watercoloured, and like Stacy's has a narrow contrasting border and a coloured border, but I changed my colour scheme to a more traditional one. Instead of a stamped sentiment, I added a Tim Holtz Chit Chat sticker, placing it strategically to cover up a smudge of red paint.
The bow is watercoloured with a metallic watercolour paint and the ornaments have Glossy Accents on them.

Such a sweet Christmas card. Love the traditional colors and the gold glimmer dp and your use of the glossy accents. One would never know your sentiment covers a smudge. Good save!
