Congratulations to Rosemary aka rcuccia for being selected as Featured Stamper FS777 this week. I learned a few techniques while browsing her gallery!
I selected Washi Dots by rcuccia at Splitcoaststampers to case for the Challenge because it meshed well with another idea I had been considering. Any time I can accomplish two things with one task, I am FOR it!
I used stamps rather than actual Washi tapes, changed from vertical to horizontal and made a birthday card rather than a congratulations theme. I liked her colors, so used similar inks but switched her staggered embellishments from dots to flowers.
I like the result, it seems quite cheerful to me! Thanks Rosemary, and I hope you enjoy the works you inspire this week.

Gayle, this is a sweet case of Rosemary's card. I love how you pieced the papers together instead of solid strips. The black grosgrain ribbon sets off the die cut sentiment perfectly.

I thought that was washi tape like some of the other comments until I read your write up. Totally fun card, happy looking and I like the added black ribbon to go with your diecuts! Great case of Rosemary's wonderful card!
