Snowflakes are never oblong, are they?! What was I thinking?
This is for Wednesday's WCW-easy snowflakes. I decided to keep it simple, stupid...so I just painted one snowflake. We had done several dark blue sky paintings on and off so thought this would be a better use of my time. I used a mixture of blues/purple/ Payne's grey watercolor, plus some Cosmic Shimmer metallic. A #4 brush works great, able to get some detail going. I like her videos, she could talk less. Sometimes she talks too fast but, otherwise, I think she's good. I think she should assume that not everyone would know to turn the paper when painting. I know it because that's what Zentangle teachers say all the time.
This is also for today's F4A-reflection...I found a good quote about reflection. Humans don't reflect near enough, except on other people and how they're behaving. There are some shiny things on the card that reflect light also. And finally, for today's MIX-tea time...I used some stash teabag collage paper behind the snowflake.

Your teabag browns and frosty blues look super together! I look at the WCW challenge every week and have yet to try one. I did think I might try this one but no...no yet! :-) Your snowflake is beautiful and I really like that cancelled stamp. Great card!

I have watched quite a few videos where they do not turn the paper so, to me I felt like ok she is you know its an obvious thing but, maybe for some people they get the oh, its OK a permission to turn it. I don't know. but, I love that background you created so showcase this flake with Jean that is awesome and the detailing on the snow is so whisper light its beautifully done too. Merry Christmas!
