Hello and TFL!
Happiest of holiday wishes to you all!!!
Here is my watercolor version with a background I made by using the Aqua Painter to lay down a 'path' for my soft sky and sahara sand / crum cake to drag through.
After bg is dry, Ink stamp image with BBSugar ink pad, and then add details to the trees by coloring with a marker ( Choc Chip and E Expresso markers) thru the image on top of the BBSugar , STAMP OFF ONCE on scrap paper and then SPRITZ a little water on the leftover ink still on stamp and press down again. IMPORTANT: LEAVE paper IN PLATFORM with magnets so it doesn't move!
AFTER THAT watery version of the stamp DRIES,
Color image NEW again w three colors listed and stamp the bare tree image (still in same position in the stamping platform). Colored with BBSugar ink pad, and then drag a Choc Chip and E Expresso markers thru the image on top of the BBSugar . then press on platform to get the detail of the image clearly pressed.
This is fun, not as complex as I may be describing. TRY IT, you will enjoy adding a little watery bg and then a clear stamp on top of any vintage/artsy image!
I cut the watercolor paper down to a tight rectangle, added the Mays string on side edge, popped it up on dimensionals.
used a S U Thick basic white card base with Whimsy die stitching edge.
ENJOY and stay well thru the holidays
Teresa
