Poster: Stamping Servant

Jean is our TLC hostess. We are honoring Anita (Snietze) who is a master at techniques. Jean suggested the Delft Tile technique as we honor Anita for providing us with so many wonderful technique challenges. Here is the Delft Tile Tutorial made by Julie Warner:

Delft Tile Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers

I chose two small stamps to fill in my faux tile blocks. As I masked off the area around each block. the swirl stamp was stamped in Seaside Spray and the stars stamp was stamped in Balmy Blue ink. I left one small strip of tiles plain as an accent. The infant Jesus image is clipart which I printed and die cut. The yellow layer was dry embossed. Thank you, Jean and Julie, for this fun challenge and thank you, Anita, for constantly sharing your talents with us. I will continue to look for your inspiring cards!

Excellent delft tiling and I like that you kept one side plain. AND I love the stars for the baby Jesus!

Lovely combination of stamps in your tiles (and the dry-embossed matting layer looks great too). What a sweet little Jesus in the manger image.
