I'm elated to be your color challenge hostess for this week's CC874! I've selected some springy colors, Pale Papaya, Old Olive, and Balmy Blue with the dessert option of 'Anything Goes'!
Although the colors remind me of spring, I chose to create yet another non-traditional Christmas card. The Merriest Frames Hybrid embossing folder is one of my favorites and I'm super pumped it's being carried over to next year. The bouquet was created by using masks. All the images were stamped with dye ink followed by using an aqua pen to mute the colors. My dessert option was adding a tad of Flirty Flamingo ink to accent the poinsettias. The basket was stamped in Crumb Cake a neutral option. The Balmy Blue background is embossed with dots (my apologies the picture isn't clear enough to see them) For a bit of glitz, Wink of Stella was added to the die cut background.
Please join in this week's challenge, you'll make my day/week if you do! Thanks for taking a look!

LeAnn, you and I had the same idea to do a Christmas card--that probably means you're as behind as I am! LOL! I love the floral design in the center as well as the white foliage behind it, and I do see the dots on the blue layer, too!

Awesome display of the challenge colors. The white die-cut/embossed foliage frame pops against the blue. Beautiful floral arrangement. Thanks for the inspiration and the lovely color combo!

What a pretty basket of flowers! Great bg with the blue and the white die.

I just love your color choices this week - and the depth you show in your lovely card! Your little bouquet really pops against the blue and white framed background.
