Karen's colors are so soft and pretty this week! I couldn't resist using this sweet little bird.
I colored her and the foliage using a combination of Stampin Blends and Copic markers. Then to smooth out the blending and add detail I used Prismacolor pencils over that layer.
For my bling, I added some clear crystals and a gem flower. The medallion is popped up using foam strips.

Jeanne, you are such an inspiration! Your coloring and shading are remarkable; I must try that colored-pencil-over-alcohol-marker technique. And hope I get results half as good as yours! Love the sweet bird and the ribbon treatment, too!

Jeanne I think your Miss Pris birdie is a bit of a 'flirtie' tease! You are so wonderfully talented in your coloring, this sweet thing is adorable, not to mention the lovely layout too! Totally love it all!

Your card could not be cuter. Love, love, love swiss dots and it just ups the "cute factor" on this card, as do the scallops and stitching. Wonderful layout and it really highlights your darling image. Wonderful card.
