My sample for the Color Challenge hosted by Jeanne. She selected these gorgeous colors: Fresh Freesia, Just Jade, Misty Moonlight, Soft Sea Foam with anything goes for the dessert option. I chose to use ribbon for dessert.
During this time of year, I like the send birthday cards in non-holiday colors and themes. The challenge colors were perfect for some flowers and birthday wishes. I stamped the outline of this two-step floral grouping in Misty Moonlight and filled in the other colors. The striped DSP has all four colors. I die-cut a stitch & scallop edge at the bottom and added the ribbon & bow. Then I die-cut the flowers and popped them up with Dimensionals. The flower centers have Misty Moonlight enamel dots. I applied some Wink of Stella glitter pen on the flowers & leaves.
It was fun to take a break from the current season to create a card with these beautiful colors. I cannot wait to see your lovely cards & projects! TFL

This is such a pretty birthday card with that cheerful stripe. It goes beautifully with your bouquet and would make a great birthday greeting for any month of the year. Thanks for all of you inspiration this month!

Such a pretty floral birthday card, Diane, with the promise of spring (it won't get here soon enough to suit me!). Love the pretty bow and the scallop edge on the DS paper!

Diane, what a gorgeous birthday card. You used the colors perfectly to create the soft floral arrangement. It looks beautiful layered over the pretty striped designer paper. I love the ribbon! Someone will be very happy to receive this elegant card.
