I haven't been able to make any cards for a few days, so I was grateful to have some great inspirations from today's FS, Sue, aka StampinForMySanity. I chose this wonderful card to case: Whale of A Time Turtles by StampinForMySanity at Splitcoaststampers
I kept her layout and theme, but tore the upper and lower edges of the inner panel, stamped and fussy cut the turtles and added some acrylic droplets. I don't have that gorgeous DSP she used, so I used a blending brush to add color to the panel and splattered bleach on it. I also added some blue and green shading to the seaweed with markers. The overall look has more of a greenish tint IRL.

Faith, great job on the background and wonderful CASE of Sue’s card. Gotta love a sea turtle!

Great job of casing Sue's card - love how the torn edges look like waves.

I'm with Shirl...you ARE very brave to do bleach splatters, but they look fabulous on the panel you created. Love the way you used the elements of Sue's card to create your bg. Great turtle stamps/dies. Lovely card.
