This was one of my earlier attempts at this color combination - and my first time playing with some Linen Specialty Paper given to me by a friend. I thought I would try it out with my watercolor pencils since I had Red and Garden Green and I could approximate Mango with Daffodil and Pumpkin. I had to press pretty hard to get them even this intense. The blue is actually Night of Navy and I had to cheat a bit, adding some Cherry Cobbler pencil to keep the "red" from looking more like coral. Nonetheless, I do find coloring with pencils relaxing and and you can usually shade pretty well with just one pencil.

This bouquet is glorious, Chris! You have me thinking of next summer with these beautifully colored flowers. I love the large scalloped border at top, so pretty done in the leafy designer paper. Faved!

Lovely bouquet and sentiment! Really like your scalloped panel!
