MIX460 Alcohol Beach Sympathy

Poster: Jennifrann

Monet inspired me to make an alcohol ink background. I like making a beachy background with my alcohol inks. I used Yupo paper, lots of alcohol, and my heat gun to get the right texture. I added white mixative at the shore, but it didn't show well, so I added some foam with white enamel accents. Another card for my aunt who asked for sympathy cards for our beach neighbors.

Oh, beautiful! I've used the alcohol marker technique on glossy paper with a page protector (can't think what it's called) for beaches, but never thought to just go direct to paper. I love this.
