I can't believe the SC isn't posted. This is what it looks like to me, although I flipped it.
I die cut the oval & the anchor & used some watercolor dp from HL. I stamped, colored & fussy cut the cupcakes. I added a 'cherry' on top of the Wink of Stella icing & popped them up.

Thank goodness for SC team members that post early! I like what you have done with the sketch. It makes a handsome birthday(?) card with a nautical flair.

Your dp is Amazing, Karen! It looks like water and sky and really drew me in, plus I love the splatters on it! So Perfect to have the anchor on the oval! Your cupcakes are Adorable!

Love this designer paper setting for the anchor! We have a young lady sailor in our family .... and since her grandma loves to bake, I'm betting cupcakes are amongst her fave goodies!
