I had fun doing this little journal for the Falliday Tutorial #6. I would have never thought of doing it with a greeting card for the cover! I used a greeting card I had gotten one Easter from my Secret Sister at church. I even kept the part she wrote. I used a page out of a child's poetry book.
The rest of the items are just items off my desk.

What a beautiful journal, and I love seeing all of the tags tucked in, the music sheet and all of the blessings are great to see! Thanks for posting this- should help me with visuals!
